Ken founded Coogan Partners in 2000 to give brands a discrete and effective way to learn from each other. Ken’s previous experience included brand management roles with Nestle and Reckitt Benckiser as well as service side experience with Accenture, Neo Consulting, FCB and Grey advertising.

David has collaborated with Coogan Partners since the company’s founding, providing support to clients in areas of sales training, sales management/leadership development, and addressing organization development issues and business skill transformation opportunities. His prior work has included both executive and practitioner roles with Catalina Marketing, Neo, Inc./Information Resources, Inc., and Symbol Technologies. Additionally, he teaches at University of New Haven and has published several books on the topics of: training development, consulting practices, and managing vendors.
Katie Schibler is a marketing consultant providing support to global brands, regional organizations and small businesses. She has over 15 years of experience in marketing communications with an extensive background developing business-to-business partnerships.
Katie spent the first decade of her career working directly with big brands such as Pepsi, PlayStation, Clorox, AOL, and SKYY Spirits moving between Connecticut, New York and California. After a 15-month journey from South America to Central Asia in 2010 – 2011, Katie returned to the US and began consulting so she could have the flexibility to work anywhere a wireless connection is available.
Based in Rhode Island, Katie has a growing client list that includes PlayStation, Pepsi and Lay’s as well as a handful of regional clients such as BoldrDash and NAPC.
Nancy is an expert in consumer understanding, strategic positioning and idea generation. She has pioneered new research techniques to uncover new, deep consumer insights and behavior discontinuity, leading to successful competitive product positioning. Prior to co-founding SpencerHall, Nancy was Group Vice President, Account Director/New Products, at Northlich Stolley LaWarre, agency of record for Procter & Gamble’s idea generation and new product strategic development, where she helped create several major new brands for P&G.
Paul has held leadership positions at the highest levels both globally and domestically in management, media, integrated business, brand, digital and communications strategy at holding companies including IPG, Y&R Inc, WPP, MDC Partners and Naked Communications.
He is currently devoting his energy to a portfolio of investments, board and advisory roles in a number of dynamic large client businesses, agencies, government, and social cause organizations.
Prior to his current entrepreneur role, Paul co-founded Naked Communications Americas, the objective communications management consultancy, dubbed by The Wall Street Journal as a “Top 5 Agency To Watch”. The F.T. called it ‘marketing’s most creative business’ and The Washington Post stated ‘the agency of the future’. Paul was personally recognized as one of the top 10 most creative people in Marketing Services by Fast Company Magazine in 2010. ‘The Media Maestro successfully disrupted the US Marketing scene with his agency’s approach to communications agnosticism’. Championing innovative and disruptive thinking, Paul has been extensively published across all media and has served on a diverse array of creative, marketing, media, digital, effectiveness, strategy, innovation and integration gatherings, festivals, conferences and award juries. Born in Africa and raised in the UK, Paul has traveled extensively around the world both professionally and personally. He lives in Manhattan with his wife Carol and their two children.
